Full Journal pdf2012-04-15 House Journal Page 2502 HCR 34 Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the following be taken up as a Special Order of Business: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 34 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 25, establishing the sustainable energy transmission and supply development program in the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority; relating to the interest rates of the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority; and relating to taxes paid on interests in property owned by the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority and to the local contribution for public education funding related to that property. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall HCR 34 pass the House?"
